hi all,
iam also studying for cs and taking on aug 27th......just found some good mnemonics for B/L and U/L leg pain and thought i'd share them woth u all as this forum has been a great help to me and many others on this USMLE journey 
B/L leg pain = DRAST MD
diabetes
radiculopathy
atherosclerosis(rest pain,impotence,cholestrol level,diet,angina etc.....check for bruit,pulses)
spinal stenosis(change in pain with posture)
TAO(smoking,color changes)
medications-statins
DVT
and for U/L =
RBC DROP
rupture bakers cyst(rh.arthritis)
bleeding into leg(warfarin)
cellulitis
DVT(homans sign,h/o of bed ridden)
radiculopathy
osteomyelitis(tb,sicle cell,trauma,hematogenous spread)
