The only thing that I can tell you is that program directors need bodies on the floor to take care of patients. Have residents shown up to orientation in late June very, very, pregnant - yes.
Please be up front with the program directors - if you don't show up, your position could be taken from you (in the contract it has a start date....)

well i have a friend that had delivery in august.so she appeared for orientation and talked to PD.he was nice enough and let her start in nov. actually.she is doing pretty fine.so anything is possible.
