32 y/o male bp of 120/80, concerned b/c his father, grandfa and uncle has HTN. He work as programer for larger computer company and frequentlyh has to meet tight deadlines. smoke 1pp/d for 10 yrs, 10lb overweight , 3 coffe daily, which likely reduce risk for hypertension over next 5 years.

a. inc intake of dietary fiber
b. restrict caffeine
c. stress management
d. weight loss

d they say there is generally a .5-1mmHg drop in diastolic BP for every kg of weight that is lost, it's a linear correlation
