hello!
I am an IMG with a step 1 score of 267/99. got no USCE, US LoR or any research behind me. I want to apply for Int medicine.
Should I apply now or in October when I have my step 2 score ready?
Also, Which programs should I apply to? [ I know this is a personal preference, but still....]
