5 weeks after a trip to Africa, a 32 y/o woman develops fever, chills, malaise and dry cough. she is treated with Erythromycin for suspected Mycoplasma pneumonia. Six month later she has burning on urination, increase urination, and lower abdominal pain. She has also noticed that her urinary stream is visibly clear until the end of the voiding,at which time the last part of the urine becomes grossly bloody. Examination of her urine shows elongated ova with rounded anterior ends and terminal spines at the posterior end.She is given a prescription for praziquantel.This patient is at increased risk for which of the following diseases?

a)Adenocarcinoma of the bladder

If it is related to the Urinary Bladder the blood should be present in the urine right away, but not at the end of the act. What do you think? I think. But for USMLE we can think of Squamous cell carcinoma of the bladder due to the stem with lab and prescription.
