Hi
I am applying for step 3 usmle, probably at delaware, anyways, all states are asking for the standard ecfmg certificate issue date, which I am awaiting, but i do not have the time to wait for the ecfmg certficate issue date as i have to submit my step 3 application before september 1st 2005.
so can i apply for step without my ecfmg cert issue date?
