Is raloxifene better than tamoxifen in term of no increase of endometrial cancer?
also, I need some clarification here: when talking about SERM in HRT, we only substitute SERM for estrogen part of HRT, meaning we still use progesterone each month as another part of HRT, right? if that is the case, then the side effect of increasing endometrial cancer of tamoxifen wouldn't be that scary. Since withdrawl of progesterone will even it out by inducing sloughing of endometium. please correct me if I am wrong.
