Condition is Alkaptonuria( Ochronosis) caused by a deficiency of homogentisic acid oxidase (homogentisate 1,2 dioxygenase). In this condition, homogentisic acid, an intermediate in the catabolism of tyrosine, accumulates in cells & body fluids including spinal fluid & urine.

  #5

yes, alkaptonuria by accumulation of homogentisic acid. Urine is black, also cartilages (ear) turns dark.
