i forgot there is also 36 pages and 300 pages, what are all these and how to get them and are they all necessary for pathology?

guys i am have been thro this and my suggestion: forget all that and listen to the tapes carefully. (take what ever notes you can get your hands on if possible 300+ pg notes).
but go thro the audio which is time consuming, so plan accordingly.
it took me a month just for the goljian tapes and notes. but i think its helpful for step2 as i am now undestanding
