Hi guys!
let me tell u my sorry i've posted on here before and i took the step on feb 25 2005 for the first time i got a 173/71 i was devasted i was heart broken i was already behind because my school messed up my grades my last semester so i was left behind and all my friends went on without me.... now after failing the step i was a year behind i was sad i didnt want to go on
but then some how by the Grace of GOD i studied i went to the library every single day be it for 4 hours 6 hours 10 hours it depended on my mood it took time for me to get back to studying the way i did for the first time but i did it
i signed up for the step and i took it on July 12th i checked oasis and it said i passed i started crying i couldnt believe my heart was in my throat i thought i failed again
i wasnt sure on how the exam went the second time around when i left but at this point all i wanted was to pass and by the GRACE OF GOD ALLAH SWT I PASSED
i'm writing my story to let everyone know who has unfortunately failed dont worry i know u go through this stage where everybody tells u dont worry u look at them and u just want to cry please please take my story as a guidance or as hope and faith that if u stick by it day by day little by little eveyrthing will be fine but most of all no matter what religion you HAVE FAITH IN GOD..... GOD is the only one that can help us out.... remember if he brings u to it he takes u through it God never gives us anything we cant handle
PLEASE PPL DONT GIVE UP ITS POSSIBLE!!!! its just a stupid exam we get all worked up about we can do it all it takes is a little disipline we will be fine 
when i get my score no matter what it is i will post my experience

Congratulations !!!!
As I told before , I think step 1 tests your selfconfidence everyday. There are days you look at those books , you think you forgot all you studied ,you imagine all you have to study and everything seems impossible .But i do believe the key is discipline and i agree with you pray to God with faith.

HEY GUYS!! THANX SO MUCH
PTPLUS MD you will probably get your oasis updated next week if it wasnt this week i took mine on a tuesday right before a wednedsay so allow at least 4 wednesdays to pass
Well n e way guys i got my score and i'm very happy with it its not great but i'm proud of myself i got a 207/84 the second time around i got a 173/71 the first time so i'm soooooo happy
ok what i changed the second time around i did GOLGAN GOLGAN GOLGAN GOLGAN OH MY GOD i didnt read through his notes or listen to his lectures the first time around and you can obviously see the difference in my score but i wish i had listened to him one more timei only listened to him once but i'm still very happy with my score
i did q bank the first and second time around FIRST AID THE LAST TWO WEEKS
make sure you make notes in the pages and use it as a weapon to fill in the gaps i know ppl dont think its a good book but trust me whatever is written in first aid look it up in other books so u can get a grasp of it some more for example if first aid states the salmonella and shigella the ID doses are different thats a fact but WHY? is it that way i wish i did that dont just memorize facts look it up and ask yourself why be like a kid WHY WHY WHY cuz on the step thats what there going to ask you WHY WHY WHY WHY
i did NBME exams boht of them 2 weeks before the exam i got a 460 on the first one and and 440 on the second one a week before the exam oh i'm so happy if u have n e more questions let me know YOU GUYS CAN DO IT HAVE FAITH PUSH URSELF AND U WILL DO GREAT!

hey its so great to hear from u . ur story is really encouraging for me as too amtaking my xam 2nd time . i wanted to knw about goljan audios that u said u did . i hvn a month & half to go for my exam. should i do it knw ? also how do it i get> plz to reply to my ques as am worried & a little lost plz help.
