D- A-B & C are TRUE.

(well in the given choices choosing E would be same as choosing C !)

You are right regarding that middle meningeal artery entry is the foramen spinosum then the statement is false, but the question is what is all is true except:
The answer is D because A_B are true & C False, then all A-B & C can not be true.
