can anybody tell me how can i get us clinical experience in internal medicine
means how can i apply---anybody can help me?what is the procedure

 Hi. You can apply for observorships in hospitals. But you will not be allowed to have any patient contact and observorship is not considered hands on US experience but I think some programs accept observorship as US experience. Some programs have the procedure on their website. But mostly you should call each program and ask them. Hope it helps.
