yep correct most sensitive test for chronic pancreatitis is secretin stimulation test: IV secretin administered, which stimulates the pancreas. Bicarbonate levels in the duodenum are measured

If you suspect chronic pancreatitis, -first: a flat abd x-ray and a serum trypsin level: the pancreas is calcified, or low serum trypsin level => chronic pancreatitis. -if -ive then do: abd US or CT, or the Secretin test (if available, the most sensitive) -if -ive also: ERCP
