Lets start from In to out

Deep perineal membrane

(deep perineal Space ) : deep transverse perineal muscle , sphincter urethrae muscle , bulbourethral glands in male and in passing urethra , branches of pudendal ar and nerve

superficial perineal membrane

(superficial perineal space) : bulbospongiosus, isciocavernosus , superficial transverse perineal muscle and bulb and crura of penis and clitoris ,vestibule of vagina great vestibular gland of female and ducts of bulbourethral gland in male and the passing structure .

superficial perineal fascia (continous with abdominal superficial fascia )

Ah and it was just urogenital triangle .There is also anal traingle posteriorly containing anal canal and its three sphincters.

Cool.

So what is this superficial perineal fascia called in Abdomen, in scrotum and in perineum.

If there is a rupture of the bulb of the penis, what is the direction of the extravasation of urine.

Can you describe the process of erection and ejaculation.

Just trying to make some connections?

Man i forgot the PERINEAL BODY (in superficial perineal space) sad How stupid can i get.

Is called camper and scarpa fascia in Abdomen and Colles fascia confused in scrotum. In rupture of bulb if penis (ie membranous urethra in superficial perineal space ie below urogenital diaphragm ), which happens ina straddle injury by the way, it will go in superficial perineal space which offcourse is connected with spaces around scrotum and abdomen (ie. b/w abdominal fascia and abdominal muscle and b/w scrotal fascia and dartos muscle.
