OK. let's talk about it. BS Boards and Wards was released in 2001. Nevertheless it wasn't even mentioned in First Aid 2004's ratings (don't know about FA's last edition. If someone has it - drop line what is happening in BS book's rating). Furthermore - it's sale's rank (very objective measurement of popularity, but not necesserily quality) at www.amazon.com is 400 000. Compare - for Fadem's HY it is 4 000 (for fadem's BRS - 27 000), i.e. HY is 100 more popular than Board and Wards. By the way first top seller is 'Harry Potter and the half-blood Prince' . Even without these figures you can guess that Ayala's book with 100 pages is too thin for whole BS. For example, 2 most popular books for Neuroanatomy - HY and Road Map are 170 & 200 pages, respectively, and Neuroanatomy is only one of 4 sub-subjects of 4-faced subject anatomy (Histology, Embryology, Gross & Neuro). At the same time BS is more presented (tested) on Boards than whole anatomy!!!
