How u can differentiate between Branchial cyst and Cystic Hygroma on clinical findings?

i found this notation in langman, that branchial cyst is always on the anterior border of sternocleidomastoid! moreover, cystic hygroma at birth usually present in pts with turner's syndrome

Cystic Hygroma= lymphangioma found in the neck or axilla. Branchial cyst in anterior border of sternocleidomastoid. I think this is how it is.
