I thought it was craniopharnygioma, but look at this Q:
a 9 y/o boy had tonic - clonic seizureand MRI shows a space occupying lesion in R. parietal lobe. what tumor is most likely be responsible for the synptom?
a, benign astrocytoma
b, medulloblastoma
c, GBM
d, pinealoma
e, craniopharyngioma

the most common malignant brain tumor in children is medulloblastoma
the most common supratentorial tumor in children is craniopharyngioma
the most common infratentorial tumor in children is cerebellar astrocytoma
