 Hi eveyone, I am a FMG graduate of 09/2003. I have 252(99) and 249(99) on step 1 and 2. I do not have any US clinical experience and can not get any US LORs. I am looking for a good residency program in Internal Medicine which will not decrease my chances for getting into competitive fellowships. I am also interested in H1B visa. I have been calling residency programs but it seems that most of the descent ones require US clinical experience.Does that mean that my only chance is in small community programs?

Keep calling. Most of the programs have a preference of having US Clinical Experience, bt this is not an absolute requirement. Don't forget to mention your scores when you are calling them. This should be your pass.
