I think this subject is covered in good books of Biochemistry and Genetics. You really don't need separate book in it. HY cell and Mol. biology isn't much helpfull, plus it's outdated - 1999.

Kaplan LN Biochemistry is one of the best reviews. If you want more info, there are 2 nice books in biochem - 'Lippincott's Illustrated Reviews: Biochemistry' (too detailed but with high quality pictures) and 'Rapid Review: Biochemistry' (more concise). I do not recommend High-Yield Biochemistry - very insufficient. Don't know what to recommend in genetics - there are no reviews, only textbooks.

Well, advice can be doing questions from cell and molecular and see if you answer them well or not. Usually it is thought that lippincott biochemistry is enough or even more than enough. You are aware of your knowledge better than anyone, so you decide. Also, it depends how much time is available for you before the exam. Good luck
