If you mean 'STARS Pathology' (Goljan 500 p.), 1998, it is little textbook of pathology, but could serve to review purposes as well, if you have solid background in patho (there is gold standard for exam preparation: 'You can't review what you never knew'). There are also 'STARS Pathology Review' (Goljan 352p.), 1998, and 'Rapid Review: Pathology' (Goljan 480p. with 500 questions on CD-ROM), 2004. They are both reviews. Difference between them is that in 'STARS Pathology' text is approx. 2 times more detailed than in reviews, but there are no multiple choice questions in it, whereas in reviews they are presented.
