A vertical fracture of the mandible between the ramus & the body produce the following Except:
A- The ramus is pull downward by the gravity & the geniohyoid mm.
B- The temporalis & masseter mm pull the ramus upward.
C- The digastric & mylohyoid muscle pull the body backward.
D- The medial pterigoid mm pull the ramus medially.
