Your Most Recent USMLE™ Step 2 CS Score Exam Date: 06 Jul 2005 Score Report Date: 27 Jul 2005 
Hello to everybody here at this forum,,,I need to write down my experience because this place helped me a lot on my prep for the test.I most say that Im quite surprised that I got my score reported so fassssssst,,,I took my exam in Philly on july 6 and already did the trick and pass.
This is what I did I think that in 1 to 2 weeks you could prepare pretty well for the test,,I read first aid for cs,,and usmleworld,also I so the videos for the physical examination.I read Kaplan for the cs but I think is not worth it.
Now My Exam Day,
I got 12 SP,even one of them was an uncooperative pt,,,she used to talk very slow and I didnt have time to perfom the complete neuro exam,,,,my first pt was a pt with depression and probably colon cancer also,,,,well I might say that the way to pass the exam is trying to be Madre Teresa de Calcuta,,,CAAAAAAREE FOR THE PT ALWAYS,,,,THINK THAT THE SP IS YOUR MOM,,,I had an abd pain(acute),,,chest pain,blood in stools,,,a pt with an anxiety disorder,I talked to all of them very respectfully and slowly I knocked the door always,,,I washed my hands always,,I apologized every time I was touching them with my cold stetoscope or with my hands,,,Tell them all the time everything that you are going to do,,,,let them feel like they are in control not you and listen to them.I did PAM HUGS FOSS for all and i added FDPPP,which is frequency,duration,precipitating event,progresion and to the Liqor AAA.I might say that I wrote all my notes by hand not on the computer and I asked things that couldnt write down.
A good hint that somebody here gave me was to ask them while you are washing your hands if they had planned to go on a vacation,,also guys always drape the pt legs,,,always.
About the Diff DX I left some spaces in blank and the work up I just wrote the ones that I remember but I most say that it wasnt perfect,,,so dont stress in that part,,,,So guys I'm leaving cause I have to study for Step 2 Ck. If anybody has a question I will be pleased to answer,,,,,,I wish u

HAMIDI,,,,,HI,,,YES I DID PRACTICE A LOT,,,,,I DID ALL THE CASES ON FIRST AID,,,WHICH HELPED ME A LOT,,MY PARTNER WAS MY BOYFRIEND WHICH IS AN IMG JUST LIKE AND WAS GOING TO TAKE THE TEST THE SAME DAY AS I.

Hi congrats,, could u tell me what u'l do (after taking the history but before touching the pt.s abdomen ),, i mean how to raise foot end etc.thanks,,,

I received my score in 15 days, unbelievable. I pass
Some people that did it the same day still waiting, do u think they fail?
