hi,

I am an img and need to write step 3 for H1B visa.my confusion is that Because only 12 states allow step 3 before residency, postgraduation training etc so would I be able to apply for residency in only these states or I can apply in other states as well which do not allow step3 before completing residency.Thanks

Step 3 results are valid in all states - so you can apply for residency in any state you want .
