yeah! endotoxin ,despite the fact tht by way of IL-1 do mobilize bone marow leukocyte post-mitotic pool; but on the other hand they inc,. the adhesion molecules on their surfaces therefroe low WBC levels steroids reduce the surface expression of adhesion mol. therefore neutrophilic leukocytosis due to demargination answer is D
