What drug should be withdrawn after a pt has hysterectomy?

This is what I came up with, if anyone knows other info please add it:
Estrogens stimulate endometrial hyperplasia, they are used for many reasons (osteoperosis, menopause, hypogonadism, acne, dysmenorrhea, and contraception, etc) If estrogen is unapposed there is an increased risk for endometrial carcinoma, so progesterone must be added to decrease the risk.
If a pt no longer has an endometrium (hysterectomy) then progesterone is no longer needed. so withdrawl of progestins
