Drugs containdicated? 1-Local anaesthetics 2-potent muscle relaxants 3-magnesuium sulfate (absolute) 4-Aminoglyosides, Diazepam, Buscopan, Corticosteroids.

why cortocosteroids? prednisolone is used in the management of MG

Corticosteroids are relatively contraindicated in myasthenic patients with severe diabetes, ongoing infections, or severe osteoporosis. Tuberculosis should be excluded before starting corticosteroid therapy or other forms of chronic immunosuppression They are used whenever AChE inhibitors and/or thymectomy fail
