What happens when you have a stroke of the Main stem of the Middle cerebral artery on the right side? It is also given that the person is a left dominant one.

Did you mean Aphasia. On the non dominant side!! Try again!

in addition to all the motor and sensory deficits on tyhe cotralateral side there will be dysprosody, constructional apraxia and also depending on the extent of the lesion contralateral neglect syndrome!

Of course, extent of the lesion is very large, because it is a stroke of the main stem, You are right ssrpk, in addition there would some basal ganglia signs because of the lenticulostriate arteries.
