Thanks a lot for your invaluable support !
I ve a few questions fr u..
1)When a program says usce preferred but its not a requirement, (and observership or research is not counted as usce), do these programs give preference to candidates with observership experience.
2)If usce is a requirement for a program,do they consider candidates with good scores(high 90s) and observership experience for their programs esp in Pediatrics and IM
