In mitral valve prolapse, you would expect the ejection click to be more accentuated and the murmur to move closer to first heart sound in a pt.

a) with marked anxiety

b) who is pregnant

c) passive leg lifting in the supine position

remember in case of IHSS and mitral valve prolapse, increasing the preload reults in clinical improvement; also reduces the intensity of the murmur because of more blood volumel; among the choices realize tht all of them will result in inc. venous return and so will inc. the preload as well except a- anxiety (inc HR --> dec. preload)
