How many questions per block in the real exam, 46?

Those who have taken step 2 CK, could you please let me know how many Qs are there in the exam? Is it 50 or 46? I found on the USMLE CD that there are only 46 per block and it includes several group questions. But on Kaplan it is just 50 questions per block. Got confused. Please, also let us know how many group questions are there in one block. Thanks a lot!!!!

yup it is 46 questions per bclock and 8 blocks
