I was just wondering if anyone wanted to start matching an artery (and where it came from) with an organ. Sometimes I get confused with what artery supplies what especially the not obvious one's. Or share any short vignette with it.

I'll start . . . .

Internal Iliac (vesicular branches) from common iliac artery--> Urinary Bladder

  #2

medial meningel artery from internal carotid-----> lateral surface of cerebral hemisphere

ophthalmic artery from internal carotid -------> the eyes (including retina and optic nerve)

  #3

Internal Iliac A --> Inferior Vesicular A --> Prostatic A --> urethral and capsular branches --> Prostate

Internal Pedundal from Internal Iliac A --> Perineum

Left Main Coronary A --> Left Anterior Descending Artery --> Anterior ventricles and Interventricular Septum of the heart

Left Main Coronary A --> Circumflex A --> Left atrium and some of left ventricle

  #4

Anterior Spinal Artery from Vertebral Artery --> Medial Medulla

Posterior Inferior Cerebellar Artery from Vertebral Artery --> Lateral Medulla

Paramedian Branches from Basilar Artery --> Medial Pons

Anterior Inferior Cerebellar Artery from Basilar A --> Lateral Pons

Posterior Cerebral Artery from Basilar A --> Ventral Midbrain

  #5

Ant Inf Cerebellar Ar.---- Caudal Pons ( C.N. 7 and 8)

Sup Cerebellar Ar.---- Rostral Pons (C.N. 5)

Paramedian Branches from Post. Cerebral Ar.----- medial Midbrain (Weber Syn.)

SphenoPalatine Ar. -- (terminal) Branch of Maxillary Ar. --- blood Supply to Nose.
