Hello everyone,
Yeah as vancomycin, myself and other IMGs (furture IMGs), I do realize the difficulty of getting lor in order to enter residency programmes.
I am wondering how some other IMGs who had never had internship or externship experiences managed to get some lors and eventually their respective residency programmes.
I'll be glad and warmly appreciate any suggestion of ways to get us clinical experience and lor as guide for other IMGs who are having the same problem.
