well AIDS pts are not able to mount an effective immune response (low CD4)
also for pregnant women as well.... because exposure to fetus will result in tolerance to tht antigen and therefore reduced immune response!

any of the live attenuated vaccines cannot be given to anyone who is immunosuppressed.
You can consider these as live active agents which can cause disease in these individuals.

MMR the only live vaccine that can be given to AIDS pt. It's mentioned that protection outweighs the toxicity.
