to really know it you have to call or mail the programs you are interested in and ask them directly.
what i think itīs that those specialitis like pediatrics, internal medicine, family practice are the easiest residencies to enter (almost with a passing score), so you have to ask them and good luck, i beleive youīll be able to do it.
Itīs harder for people (like me) that likes too much the surgery.  (but what can i do, that what i like)
