Is this book option for genetics? I am not sure which book to use for this subject at all.

what about kaplan, I think for genetic the trick is to get just the core of the topic and the concept , then u need a large number of questions , because genetical questions r more like exersice rathe than storing information , same thing applies to molec. biology and neurology

i studied Kaplan and i think its quite good atleast i got the hang of genetics now which i never quite understood.

For Genetics NMS is very bed choice - heavy on low-yeild topics and insufficient on high-yield ones - it isn't my opinion, I have read it in the old edition of First Aid by Bhushan. In new edition he doesn't even mentions this book. Instead he recommends 'Medical Genetics' by Jorde.
