Q01 - 4 month after cholecystectomy for removal of gallstone 43 yr old woman has recurrent episodes of billiary colic.

After endoscopic sphincterotomy the episodes of colic do not occur. Which of the following defect in the sphinter of Oddi best explains this patient's course
