what's the management of it? Kaplan note page 300 talks about management of stroke (tPA, heparin, antiplatelet, carotic endarterectomy), does it only apply for ischemic stroke? then what about hemorrhagic stroke? mainly supportive therary?

In hemorrhagic strokes tx depends on the cause, if itīs a subarachnoid hemorrhage you give nimodipine, IV fluids, lower ICP and if itīs an aneurysm: clipping or embolization of it. In all you must discontinue antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs. You must check also coagulation profile to administer fresh frozen plasma or vit K according to it. Hope this helps.

i think all the options you put in parenthesis apply for ischemic stroke, not for hemorrhagic stroke
