i forget to do reflexes in one patient, forget to councel one patient, forget to pull the rest while examining abdomen in one patient, forget to answer to sp s question in one patient. but i did greeted and shaked hand intro everyone. took liqorapamhugfoss and review of systems in all, never had any problem in english and flow, draped wash hands pull leg rest did cvs all valve areas and chest in all and neck in all and during washing hands i asked abt any plans for vacation, any grandchildren or praised about profession or if student best wishes for studies etc just to maintain freindly gesture and flow of interview. explained summarized told my investigations inlayman terms asked if there r any concerns or questions and shaked hand again and told them abt setting next meeting to review again with test results etc finished interview in 11 12 minutes mostly. tell me where i stand. please

dr_singh246, I can imagine how you feel right now. I was in your shoes, had been fried for weeks waiting for the report. Yes, you missed some things but you also did a lot of things right. A very promising thing--you did not have problem with English. As I understand you were in time for all encounters and I did run out of time in 2 or even 3. You say, you missed counseling once. Do not worry about it. It is just 1 point for so many words you had to say while counseling. You did not do reflexes. Well, I omitted some points on physical on purpose to save me time for a closing. You know, on neuro you have to check dull/sharp. I even did not try because it takes so much of freaking time. I forgot to ask one person about his hospitalisations and stuff. I messed up one patient note. See, I think, you did not do any worse than me or other people who passed over all. You did not have to be perfect on this exam. We all just do different mistakes on different parts of the exam but it comes to PASS after all.

thx for ur assurances. its hard to wait for results and i cant imagine how i will wat for so many weeks
