hi friends i have started preparing for steps. aiming 2007 match as it is late for 2006. please can anybody let me know, what is the situation in us, i heard that, we need to do observership for atleast 6 months to 1 year before entering residency, as the situation in UK before getting a job,. currently i am in uk.
