I think I read your post earlier that u were able to print couple of pt notes from usmle website and practised writing on them.I went to the website and saw 2 sample pt notes with narrative and bullet styles and one for typing but no blank pt note.please tell me what to do.

If for some reason link does not work: You go to www.usmle.org ; find on the right side of the page the words: Step 2 CS Information Page. Somewhat at the middle of that page you find the words:Step 2 CS Exam Content and Description. Then under Step 2 SC find first line: Step2 CS Content Description and General Information Booklet. Scroll again. The patient note is in the appendix A.
