Hi guys,
I've a few questions regarding step 3
1) which one is better--- strong medicine or swanson's family practice review?
2) How much time is required to get a decent score(i just passed step 2 so, some of the stuff is still fresh)?

thanx in anticipation,
mash

hi dev,
I wanna take it asap. I m just staring with the prepn so, I think i ll be able to take it by novemer or so.
I m not sure abt step 2 material but i ve step 3 kaplan notes and i m starting with them.
Thats the reason i wanted to ask abt swanson and strong medicine coz after one reading frm kaplan i ll go with either swanson or strong medicine.
when r u planning to take it?
keep in touch

i bought strong medicine and i don't like it that much. i think this book is a little bit too concise and it does not tell me anything that i do no already know. i have read over someone else's CRUSH and it seems to contain a few more detials. for steps 1 and 2, i used first aid and kaplan q bank and this combo worked great for me.
does anyone know which one is better - kaplan qbank or usmleworld qbank?
