Do I need ECFMG to verified my credentials before I can apply for residency or I can apply
and get verified later.
Problem is, that my medical school takes foreve to answer. ECFMG sent first letter in Octoder 2004 and second on July 11, 2005. I just contacted school to expedise
this matter and got answer that only in September they can start doing something.
Now is summer and everyone on vacation.

You can apply without your credentioals verified. Actually programs won't even know that your verification is pending. But please check program requirements first to make sure they do not require ECFMG certification for application.
