usually, stage I & II----> total hysterectomy with bilaterl salpingo-oophorectomy or radiotherapy if unfit for surgery.......
we give progestogens or radiotherapy in advanced endo CA, progestogens shrinks the tumor.
well...i have no idea if staging appear in real exam, but we usually come across when doing q right?? but they r clinically important for prognosis and treatment modality.....
