HI damian thank you so much for your wish. I IV with the PD and chief resident , the PD she did not tell me about pre match and I didnt ask her,but when I IV with the chief, she told me that I should write in my Thank you letter that If they wiil offered me pre match I will accept,so that is how was.

Thank you so much Noxar and Stemcell I be honest with you I not able to slep for the last 2 days, is like something that i can believe yet.
Guys how is the procedure I have to sing up the letter of intent before withdraw from nrmp and match one of my friend told me that the letter of intent is somenthing like a contract.please I will appreciate any info about that.

not at all stem cell....the things u gotta know for step 1 for sure are nerve injuries in both upper and lower extremities....but thats it...

Thank you for your words drgaxmac.The PD called me the day after my Iv and she asked me if I want to go out of the match and I said defenitly I accept and then the PD email me for formal agreetment.

WOW, CONGRats mty, excellent, i didn't know that strategy of the email saying that, good to know it. CONGRATULATIONS again. i don't know much about the procedure. i know a safe way to do it is signing that letter of intent or something like that to have a paper.  wow.

Hi guys, I´m preparing for CS and according to the Book MASTERING THE USMLE STEP 2 CS BY JO-ANN RETEGUIZ, we are supposed to tell the SP the initial treatment and prognosis based on the most probable diagnosis...
I´m confused since other books mention we are not supposed to tell the SP about this 2
One more thing, in an obese patient are we supposed to include BMI in the PN?...
Please help me with this doubt..., thanks in advanced and hope all is well for you guys

I used to say to the sp "ok....i got _____ and ____ and ____ on my mind Mr X...Id like to order a few more tests to rule out that is this or that..." and they took that pretty well....I think one thing that they are requested to evaluate is if u use a METHOD.....cs is all about doing things sistematically and if ure are consistent with a method (of getting h&p, PE or writing orders) you will be on the very safe side when doing the test....what im trying to say is that u could do it the way i did...you could do it not mentioning ur differentials.....it doesnt matter as much as it matters that u do ur thing thoroughly and consistently and make the sp feel like he is on a 5-star spa and ure there to help him....
I thought i was finished with my step 3 prep...i did 53% on UW (wich is on the low low passing end)and 340 on NBME, wich correlated with 174 (failed)....Im gonna focus on the ccs for a couple of days because im burnt out doing questions.....im gonna go for it before nov 25 although i know im not even near my best....i dont think i have much motivation these days i guess and im tired of studying....but still i wanna get past the tests.....hope I wont go just to make a fool of myself....i dont really care about s3 score now....just wanna get passed the steps, and focus on the IV prep.....
any thoughts r welcome....
