I am in NYC right now , getting ready for the CS and still looking for a spot . I think I am gonna apply without it because it might take to long to find a damn spot .I will also do some obeserveship while I am here

I was flying to NY next thursday to take step 3, but yesterday I reschedulle it in 3 weeks on oct 13, are you gonna be in NY by that date?, maybe we could meet...

Hi everybody, Sorry to not write before, I was so worried for my step 1, How are you?
I did my exam on Ago 28, and I PASSED IT my score was 220/91, I am so happy!!
Thanks for all your help, And know I am planning the next one, But I wanted to share tis with you.

Hey huys I wanted to tell you that I got my medical diploma!! In a record time for my university of 6 weeks, I guess calling them almost every day really made a difference!! I am so happy I got it yesterday and I sent it for translation, I might get it tomorrow so I will be sending everything to ECFMG tomorrow!!! one step closer to certification!!! Never been happier!!!
Hey Gomez I hope you get a lot of more calls!! by the way good luck with step 3, I am studying hard for it for about 2 weeks now and sometimes I feel it is hard, sometimes I feel it is easy jajaja I bet you must feel the same way, but I bet you will do great!!!

Same thing for you Glo..., right it feels like that..., yestreday I just bougth usmlesteps123 for ccs cases, it´s soooo goooood, if u have a chance take a loook at it....
Glo in a couple of weeks you or less you will recieve your certficate!!!, it feels really nice, congratulations!

Well guys , I am wondering if I should apply for 2008 match for multiple reasons
1 ) No CS yet , found a spot till january 28 2008
2 ) want to take step 3 before so I can go for H1 visa
3 ) I don t wanna go on J1 visa since I will probably have my green card next year . J1 cannot be converted into GC while H1 can . I heard that there is a lot of trouble that you have to go through once you go in J1 , so I figure why rushing since I will have my GC next year .I rather wait for it while I am getting ready for the next match . So , I will keep studying for CS and step 3 in the meantime
What do you think guys?

Doc clo, Agree with you all the way..., wait and you will do great next year, with complete application + s3 + gc..., no doubt about it..., your chances of making a good match next year will be wayyy uppp higher compare to this year in your current status...

welcome to the forum!..., I´m from Veracruz, right now studying for step 3..., there are a couple of persons from GDL in the forum..., so for how long are you going to be in LA?..., are you going to do your preparation there or in Mexico?..., from what sources are you preparing for step1?..., when do you plan to take it?...
