Hello guys
Could any1 pls tell me who should I approach to get my CERTIFICATION STATEMENT ( FORM 183 )
signed? The USMLE info booklet says it must be my Med School Officials like Dean/ Vice Dean/ Registrar. Will it be okay if I get it signed by/in presence of the Principal?
PLsPLs reply asap.

If you are in the U.S. and FMG you can get a Notary. You will get charge about 15 dollars for it. If you are still a student in the U.S. or F.C. I believe you can use the principal or director of the school but he has to stamp you picture with his seal.

Thanks so much for ur reply . I AM an FMG but I'm very much in my home country right now. Have already graduated. so I was wondering whether the Principal's signature would do or not. The dean is pretty unaccessible.
