its just another name of Type 1 membranoproliferative GN (one of the nephrotic ones)

yes it's d. not e Mesangiocapillary Glomerulonephritis is another name for membranoproliferative Glomerulonephritis, but not specific for type I. see harrisonHarrison's Internal Medicine > Part 11.
