Hi guys, this is an unusual problem...I have noticed that there are things from step 1 that are tested on step 2 CK. I used the Kaplan books for step 1 and other supplementary books. I have the Kaplan books and lectures for step 2, but I am wondering whether it is worth keeping any of my step 1 books that I may need for step 2 CK. The reason I ask is that I have to go abroad (where I will be working and will start studying for step 2) and I have restrictions in terms of luggage! Any advice will be appreciated!

yes there are things from step1 that are tested in step 2 coz they are the basic sciences, but those basics are also reviewed in first aid step1. and more interestingly, the concepts are also repeated and discussed in the step 2 book, only broader. so i'd say leave your step1 books behind and bring your step 2 books with you together with first aid step1. good luck!

I agree with bm, study step 2 books and give a review to first aid step 1 only.
