I wonder if PDs prefer LORs which I had waived the rights to see it beforehand.
If I had not waived the rights to see the LORs, will I be at a disadvantaged when it comes to the selection process?

No preference. But would you ask someone to write a letter for you that you didn't trust to right good stuff?
