What happens with this dz in pregnancy? Improves Worsens No change

Symptoms often stabilize or remit during pregnancy. This is due to changes in immune system that allow body to carry a baby. Between 20 and 40 % though do have a relapse within 3 months following delivery.

only SLE, another autoimmune disease gets worse in pregnancy.

What about MG? I think it improves in pregnancy,am I right?

yup, so do peptic ulcer disease and migrane, all improve in pregnancy. why does SLE worsen?
